As a journalist, I’ve written for variety of publications, including AARP, Reader’s Digest, Men’s Health and Yoga Journal. I am the coauthor of The Wild & Sacred Feminine Deck: a 52-Card Oracle & Guidebook and The Wild & Sacred Masculine Deck forthcoming in 2026. I also offer writing workshops through private request.
I graduated from Columbia University magna cum laude and earned my MA in Journalism at CU Boulder. I’m currently enrolled in Lighthouse Writers Poetry Collective and am a certified WOW college essay coach.
