Writing that opens doors

In any wall there is a door.
My job is to help you find it.

Copy that invites you in

Do you want to turn lackluster copy into content that connects?

I write and edit articles, book proposals, website content and marketing copy that encourage your brilliant ideas to go big. Whether you need help crafting a website, newsletter, blog, book proposal or book, I’ve got the experience to do your ideas justice.

By being specific, using concrete images, diving into details, taking compelling leaps, going deep and speaking truth to our own power, we will transform mid into magnificent.

Truth. When that comes into play, watch the doors swing open.

On-point editing

Be precise

Good editing takes a decluttering approach to the page: keep what sparks joy, chuck the rest. I’ll amplify your voice by getting rid of what impedes it. I can help you clarify your copy, position your brand and dig deep into your message.
Here for it.

Get colorful

Do you have copy that’s generic or too abstract? A bio that needs some jeujing? Whether you need help creating compelling content for your website, have a manuscript in need of pruning, and an ear for eloquence?
All in my wheelhouse.

Crack it open

Whatever your objective is, it deserves to see the light of day. Whether it’s a strategic study guide, a project development map, SEO-optimized articles, if you give me your vision I’ll help it fly.

Writing Workshops

Why do I love facilitating writing circles?

Because at the heart of it, writing is an act of love.

To live our lives in widening circles that reach out across the space between us. Nothing exhilarates like a voice growing grit, willing to risk recklessness in pursuit of wholeness. To develop your writing muscle is to become more certain of yourself, more comfortable taking up room, more dazzled by your own possibility.

Everything is included: the public self, the private self, and especially the secret self. It is where these selves bump up against each other that generates the most compelling writing. Trust me when I say writing circles are the best kind of medicine.

Consider adding a writing circle component to your next yoga or meditation retreat, team-building event, life-cycle gathering, blessing way or wilderness adventure.

Isn’t it time you come home to yourself?
